Shipping
All orders placed with Anago Samina are shipped via FedEx to ensure package safety and security of delivery or via USPS.
Once an order is placed, you will be notified with a shipment notification. All Fedex shipments will be equipped with a trakcing number so that you will be able to monitor
the progress of your shipment. Because we ship via Fedex, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, however, if shipping to a P.O. Box is neccesary, please select the option to ship via USPS.
All goodies are send to the shipping address documented in the checkout process. SHIPPING INFORMATION
CANNOT BE CHANGED OR MODIFIED ONCE YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE. Please be sure to double check the order
before the final stages of checkout. We are not responsible for invalid shipping information. In the event that a
package is sent back to our workshop, we will resend it at the customers expense; see below for details.

We offer FREE DELIVERIES TO MEMPHIS AREA BUSINESSES. For our own safety and security, this excludes any residential businesses. These deliveries will be made on Saturdays only and will be scheduled during the checkout process for online orders. During this step of ordering, you will have the choice of either choosing this opportunity or, opting for our regular shipping process. Please bare in mind that the standard lead time does still apply. We do not expedite orders to be fair to all our customers.
Return Policy
Because our products are made by hand and not machine fresh and especially for you, there will be slight differences in color, texture, scent, etc. With this in mind, we cannot and do not accept returns. If you are unsure if these products will work for you, we suggest you order a sample set and conduct a strand test before committing to our full sized bottles and jars. If there is something wrong with your order and there is an error on our part, please notify us immediately so that the situation can be rectified as soon as possible. If an order is returned to us by Fedex, this order will only be resent at the customer's expense and only when shipment payments are received. At this point, an order cannot be cancelled. We do not offer refunds except in certain instances. If delivery has not been confirmed due to an error on our part, we may choose to be refunded. If several weeks have passed and no delivery has been confirmed, you will be issued a full refund. You will, however, be obligated to return the package unopened upon arrive.We do not refund or accept returns for orders purchased via outside venders.
