By accessing, browsing and/or buying from this Anago Samina, you are acknowledging and agreeing the the following terms:
Ordering:
Anago Samina products may be purchased online using any major credit card processed through our processing center powered by PayPal or by using your PayPal Account. Our products may also be purchased by mail with a money order or cashier's check; options to use the mail order option are available through our shopping cart, or you may download an order form from our home page. We at Anago Samina do not hold credit card information. Orders will be charged with a TN sales tax.
Turnaround Time & Shipping:
Anago Samina orders usually take 3-5 days to process. All orders are shipped via Fedex or USPS and are sent in the order of which they are received. We do not expedite orders in order to be fair to all our customers.
Return Policy:
Because our products are made by hand and not machine fresh and especially for you, there will be slight differences in color, texture, scent, etc. With this in mind, we cannot and do not accept returns. If you are unsure if these products will work for you, we suggest you order a sample set and conduct a strand test before committing to our full sized bottles and jars. If there is something wrong with your order and there is an error on our part, please notify us immediately so that the situation can be rectified as soon as possible. If an order is returned to us by Fedex, this order will only be resent at the customer's expense and only when shipment payments are received. At this point, an order cannot be cancelled. We do not offer refunds except in certain instances. If delivery has not been confirmed due to an error on our part, you may choose to be refunded. If several weeks have passed and no delivery has been confirmed, you will be issued a full refund. You will, however, be obligated to return the package unopened upon arrive.
We do not refund or accept returns for orders purchased via outside venders.
Your Privacy:
Personal information entered on this site will only be used to better your shopping experience, ship your order, and occasionally email you site updates, coupons and specials if you opt-in our maiing list to receive newsletters. We do not store or use your information for any other purpose nor do we sell, rent, trade or share your personal information with any third party.

Anago Samina products are 100% natural & vegetable based and are chemical-free. With the exception of out herbal teas, or products are for external use only and are not designed for consumption. Said products are not to be used for purposes other than hair and/or skin care following the instructions printed on every label. Because our products are handmade fresh and are vegetable based, there may be slight variations in texture, color, and scent from batch to batch, season to season. The information on our website regarding the properties of certain ingredients, is listed for general knowledge and interest only and may not perform as suggested. We recommend, when using herbal care, that you thoroughly research and find as much information as possible; in this matter, some herbs may not be suitable for persons to use for instance women who are pregnant are not recommended to use rosemary, etc. With that said, please exercise caution when using certain herbs and essential oils. Furthermore, these statements have not been reviewed by the FDA and are not intended to heal, cure, treat or prevent disease. We are not responsible for any adverse effects or misuse of our products. If you experience mal-effects, exercise common sense and discontinue use. When consuming herbal teas, consult a physician if you take medications regularly. Our teas are not designed to act as medicines and are not to replace regular doctor visits. Though many of the herbs we use are noted for having certain medicinal properties, do not rely solely on these things. The important part is maintaining a healthy diet, eating fresh foods, and drinking plenty of water and getting plenty of exercise which may help in any health related or even hair growth problems.
